Group Coaching
We cap our coach:student ratio for our group softball lessons at 1:4 as we believe in the importance of each and every student receiving adequate personal attention. Just as importantly, we make sure to only group players of similar skill level together in order to provide a more conducive and competent environment for learning.

The Softball Lab is the only softball coaching academy in Singapore where the coaches in it only consist of current active players in the Singapore National Softball team, including award winning and record setting players in high-stake international tournaments so as to impart the most up to date training regimes to our students. Location.
Our academy of softball coaches are able to hold private sessions at different locations in Singapore, find us a field, and we will be there.
Goal.
Results are what we care about, hence being a private academy, we only focus on 1-1 and group classes with a maximum coach-student ratio of 1:3. This ensures each student gets ample attention for an extremely personalised training session. From players with zero-experience to those preparing for DSA trials, our softball coaches will be able to work with them to put them in the best position to excel in this sport.

Coach Ean who captained the Singapore team in the U18 Men's World Cup was awarded for hitting the most home runs amongst all players in the entire World Cup after sending 3 balls over the fences. Congrats Coach Ean!
Congratulations to our student Ansel for making it into the U16 Squad at only 14!
The U23 Singapore team has qualified for the U23 World Cup in Argentina by securing the 1st runners up in the U23 Men's Asia Cup in Japan! Congratulations to Coach Ean and Mathew for representing the team!
Coach Kee Hyun was featured by the World Baseball Softball Confederation for having made the 3rd most spectacular play during the U18 World Cup by making a diving catch against Columbia!
Kudos to Coach Ean and Zenith for representing the U18 Team that managed to clinch second place in the 2023 U18 Asia Cup, securing the team a spot in the U18 World Cup held in Mexico.
Coach Mathew and Ean participated in the 2023 Men's Asia Cup in Japan, during which the team achieved their best ever result of 2nd in Asia 🥈!
A gruelling 8 days of matches saw the Singapore team achieving a commendable global ranking of 9th in the U23 Men's Softball World Cup held in Argentina 🇦🇷. Congratulations to Coach Ean, Mathew, Darrel and Terrence for playing a part!
Coach Ean, Kee Hyun and Zenith played pivotal roles at the U18 Men's World Cup which saw the Singapore team achieve 11th place amongst the global powerhouses. Congrats to the team!
